From growing up in Newark, Delaware (less than an hour away from South Philadelphia), Tom considers himself somewhat of an expert in delectable Philly Cheesesteaks. He is adamant about utilizing the best peppers and onions from our Prosser Farm – and super thin “minute” steak with the melty provolone cheese. We’re putting his skills to the test with our Cheesesteak pop up on Wednesday, October 21st at Serious TakeOut in Ballard from 12pm-8pm. Come say hello to Tom on the dock and snag this classic sandwich (or a few for your neighbors)!
