There’s something magical about the Big Island. For more than 30 years, it has been Tom's family’s favorite escape—a place where the warm Kona breeze, ocean views, local farmers markets, island music, and unforgettable food instantly slow life down. From roadside huli huli chicken in Waimea to afternoons spent watching whales, turtles, and waves along the Kohala Coast, the Big Island has inspired countless memories and meals. On Saturday, June 20th, we’re bringing a little of that aloha spirit to Ballard with a menu inspired by the flavors we love most. We hope you’ll join Tom and ET for a taste of the Big Island—or take it to go for your own island-style picnic.
